Full Stride Kennel may require a 24-hour "Get-Acquainted Day" for any new boarder, prior to their initial visit, to be certain the dog is compatible and well- suited to boarding at the Full Stride Kennel facility.
A 50% deposit is required to reserve space for an initial visit when the reservation is made, balance due at time of pick-up.
A current Health Certificate is required for all boarders, including vaccinations, negative fecal test results and proof of negative heartworm test or monthly heartworm preventative.
All boarders must be free of fleas and ticks.
Any dog visiting another boarding facility must wait a minimum of 10 days before arriving at Full Stride Kennel, LLC.
Minimum 24-hour notice required for all changes to scheduled drop off or pick up time.
A CANCELLATION FEE equal to 50% of the cost of the scheduled stay will be charged if Full Stride Kennel, LLC is not notified at least 48 hours in advance of scheduled arrival date.
In the case of weather related delays, emergency or unexpected changes in scheduling, alternative drop off and pick up arrangements may be possible at the discretion of Full Stride Kennel, LLC.
